Natalie Assa

Natalie Assa has started her Limmud journey as a volunteer at Limmud Bulgaria, moved countries and joined Limmud Wien and is now part of the LEV team!

When and where did your Limmud journey begin?

" Back in my home country I was able to volunteer for Limmud Bulgaria already as a teenager! I remember I was looking after the babies of the parents and I was contributing to different programs for younger generations as well. However, I was still surrounded by some of my best friends and one thing I know - I haven't skipped Limmud ever since then!

How would you explain what Limmud is to someone who has never heard of it?

"Limmud is a place to be yourself - choose your own schedule, meet new people or meet with your good old friends. I recommend - stay up late and wake up early - every minute is worth it!"

What excites you about being part of LEV?

" This year has been tough. Having the ability to actually join online events meant more that I could ever imagine. And trough LEV I have the ability to be part of the solution behind the scenes and bringing Limmud back to life!"
